TNT Intercultural and Leadership Development services advance youth, educators and organizational leaders in their intercultural and leadership competencies. TNT specializes in preparing individuals and teams to manage cultural differences and lead today's diverse communities and organizations.

Services include one to one coaching, pre-departure and re-entry programs for students and professionals, intercultural and diversity workshops, service learning and leadership training, and organizational development consulting.

TNT also offers the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)©, a valid, reliable instrument that measures intercultural sensitivity. This self-assessment inventory creates a profile of an individual or group's worldview concerning their intercultural sensitivity and competence. The IDI© profile generated provides baseline data to tailor intercultural training programs.

TNT is available for student and professional trainings, workshops and conferences, guest speaking, and special events.
