Coaching

TNT coaching services support individuals in the development of their intercultural and leadership competencies. For each client a plan is developed to successfully manage the intercultural and leadership issues confronted in his/her specific professional or academic settings.

This one on one service offers:

  • Strategies for international learners and professionals to maximize their experience in North America
  • Re-entry support for learners and professionals returning from abroad
  • Planning for professionals to explore leadership potential, career development and advancement

 Tamara is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)©, an  instrument that measures intercultural sensitivity, an effective tool for intercultural training and development.

The IDI© can be integrated into a coaching plan for indivduals working on intercutural development.

Coaching sessions are in person and one hour in length. After an initial assessment session, a coaching plan will be recommended to the client.
