Tamara Thorpe, MA

Trainer, Coach, Consultant

Tamara Thorpe, M.A., established TNT Intercultural and Leadership Development after completing her Masters Degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia. Tamara is an intercultural-leadership trainer, coach and consultant specializing in bringing a global vision to organizations and educational institutions.

Her practice is built upon more than 12 years experience in international education and non-profit management. She has a strong background and extensive training in:

  • Program Development and Evaluation
  • Non-profit and Volunteer Management
  • Leadership Development
  • Facilitation and Training

Tamara has delivered intercultural and diversity trainings to international audiences across North America. She has offered her skills in organizational development to international education programs in university settings and both the private and non-profit sectors.

Tamara is also a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)©, anĀ  instrument that measures intercultural sensitivity, an effective tool for both individual and group development.
